Your evening
Two and three cycles for one load, every load, for as long as you leave it.
It's almost always the vent. We clean the full run, end to end, with photos to prove it. $199 flat, $179 your first time.
Three quick questions. They tell us how long your run is and what gear it needs, so the number you get back is the number you pay.
We'll be in touch today to confirm your time. Nothing else is needed from you right now.
Rather talk it through? Call (905) 981-5252, Mon to Sat, 8am to 6pm.
Three or more and your vent is restricted. That's the good news, it's the cheap thing to be wrong.

A restricted dryer runs far longer to do the same work, and you pay for that every week.
Heat that can't escape cooks the heating element and thermal fuse. A dryer with six good years left starts failing at four, and a new one runs well past $900.
Lint is the most commonly cited cause of dryer fires, and a clogged vent is what lets it collect where the heat is. We'd rather just clean it and not make a thing of it.
A cheap "duct special" is a shop vac held at the wall for ten minutes. It pulls the lint you can already see and leaves the lint that's actually choking the run.
Quiz above or a phone call. We confirm your time the same day.
Typically 45 minutes. Shoes off, drop cloth down, mess cleaned up.
Photos, the 9-point check, and a straight answer about your run.
You'll feel the difference on the very next load. Most people are back to one cycle immediately.
The $20 comes off automatically. There's no code to remember and nothing to ask for.
The full duct clean and safety check, from the dryer to the outside wall. $179 for new customers, $20 off applied automatically.
No hourly meter, no per-vent add-on, and no quote that changes once someone's in your basement. Simple run or nightmare run, you pay the price you were quoted.
I studied engineering and spent years in home inspection before starting NestFlo. I kept seeing the same thing: the expensive repairs almost always started as something small that nobody checked. A clogged vent. A leaning washer. A hose behind a machine.
So I built the company I wished people could call. When you book NestFlo you get me and my standard, not a rotating crew and a rushed invoice.
If the drum still turns and still gets warm but clothes come out damp, air is the problem, not the machine. A dryer that has actually failed usually stops heating altogether or stops turning. Restricted airflow keeps the heat in the drum and the moisture with it, so the cycle runs and runs without ever finishing the job.
Yes, and second-floor laundry is usually the worst-clogged setup we see. The duct run is longer and has more bends than a basement dryer, and lint packs into every bend. Tell us where the dryer sits when you book so we bring the right length of rod.
No, but it needs different equipment and more care, so it can carry a small surcharge. Tell us when you book and we will confirm the cost before we start rather than after.
Once a year keeps most homes safe and efficient. Heavy laundry use, a large family or a long duct run is better served every six to eight months. Cleaning restores airflow at the time of the visit, and lint builds up again with normal use, so a clean vent is not a permanent state.
A flat $199, or $179 for new customers with the $20 applied automatically. That covers the full run from both ends, the exterior hood, the camera inspection, the 9-point safety check and your photos. The price does not change once we are in your home.
Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville, Mississauga, Milton, Waterdown, Georgetown and Stoney Creek. Just outside those? Put your postal code in above and ask anyway, we will tell you straight away.
