We clean dryer vents along the full duct run from the machine to the exterior vent, carry out a documented safety check, and provide before-and-after photographs. We also offer a laundry room service and a set of add-ons. The current list and prices are on our services page.
We serve Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville, Mississauga, Milton, Waterdown, Georgetown and Stoney Creek. We may accept work just outside that area, and longer travel can carry a surcharge, which we always agree with you first.
We confirm your appointment before attending. So that we can do the work safely, please make sure that:
If we cannot get access, or the situation is unsafe, we will reschedule rather than rush the job.
Tell us as early as you can and we will rebook you. We do not charge a cancellation fee, and we ask the same courtesy in return: if we have to move your visit, we will tell you as soon as we know.
Payment is due on completion of the visit unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
We photograph the vent and ducting before and after the work. Those photographs are the record of what we did, and you get a copy.
We may use photographs of ducting and equipment in our own marketing, including the gallery on this website. Those photographs show the vent, not your home: we do not publish house numbers, street views, faces or personal belongings. If you would rather we did not use photographs from your visit at all, tell us on the day and we will exclude them.
We clean and inspect. We do not carry out HVAC, electrical, gas or structural repair. If we find a fault we will tell you what we found and recommend you have a licensed trade look at it.
Cleaning a vent does not make us responsible for how that vent was installed, or for whether the installation meets current code.
Older flexible foil or plastic ducting, crushed sections, corroded fittings and brittle joints can fail during ordinary cleaning, no matter how carefully it is done. We look at the condition before we start and raise it with you where we think there is a real risk, and we will stop and discuss it rather than press on. We are not responsible for the failure of components that were already damaged, degraded or improperly installed.
Cleaning restores airflow at the time of the visit. Lint builds up again with normal use, so a clean vent is not a permanent state. For most households once a year keeps a vent safe and efficient. Heavy laundry use, a large family or a long duct run is better served every six to eight months.
We take care in your home and we carry the responsibility for our own work. Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our total liability for any one visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost income or damage caused by a pre-existing fault.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms removes or reduces your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or any other law that applies to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your job is the one published when you booked, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
