For condominium corporations & property managers

Dryer vent cleaning for condo buildings. One plan for every unit.

We clean the dryer vent in every unit and coordinate the whole property, from resident scheduling to the board's service record.

Less to coordinate. More clarity for the board.

A service day touches more than the dryer. We plan the scope, resident arrangements and reporting with management before any visits begin.

01 / Planning

A proposal the board can review.

Buildings, unit count, service boundary, who pays and access requirements, set out together in a plan written for your property.

02 / Coordination

A clear next step for residents.

We agree on notices, visit windows and catch-up arrangements with you, and give residents a private scheduling link or QR code for your building.

03 / Accountability

A useful record after the visit.

Unit progress, photos, findings and outstanding follow-ups, with a service summary for management and the board.

Properties we work with

From townhouse rows to high-rise towers.

The scope and scheduling change with the building. The plan, the resident process and the record for the board stay the same.

High-rise condominiums

Floor-by-floor scheduling that works with the building's access rules.

Low and mid-rise buildings

Resident coordination

A building-wide plan. A simple next step for each resident.

Your service plan confirms the scheduling and access arrangements. Residents are home for their agreed in-unit visit.

Discuss your service week
One building notice. A private scheduling link. A person to call when an arrangement needs a little extra care.
  1. 01
    Before the visit

    Choose a time that works.

A building-specific link or QR code gives residents a phone-friendly way to pick, change or cancel their time.

  2. 02
    On the service day

    Know what to expect.

Allow about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the dryer setup and agreed scope. We coordinate unit access and record every completed visit.

  3. 03
    Afterwards

    Keep the next step clear.

Anything we notice is documented. Repairs are quoted separately and only go ahead after approval, and missed visits follow the agreed catch-up plan.

The property record

The next visit starts with a history.

An ongoing property account keeps your service records together, so management can come back to the details whenever they need them. Access is set up with your service agreement.

  1. 01

    The agreed plan

Proposal, service scope and documents for the board.

  2. 02

    The work in each unit

Completed visits, before and after photos, work notes and findings. Residents can get an email report when we have their address.

  3. 03

    What needs attention

Outstanding units and approved follow-ups, linked to the original service report.

  4. 04

    A history that stays useful

Later visits and service summaries in the same property record, for management and the board.

The work inside each unit

Clear scope. Careful, practical service.

Every property is different. We confirm the dryer setup, access and service boundary in your proposal before any visits are scheduled.

01

Under the dryer lint screen

Remove the lint that collects beneath the dryer's own lint screen.

02

The flexible vent hose

Vacuum the accessible connection behind the dryer, moving the dryer as needed and putting it back.

03

The secondary lint trap

Where one is fitted, open and clear the screen and its box, then show the resident how to keep it clean.

Building ductwork is a separate scope. Common ducts, risers and outside vents are not part of this in-unit package, and any work past the secondary lint trap needs its own assessment and proposal.
While we're in the unit

In-unit smoke alarm testing

An optional test of the unit's standalone smoke alarms during the same visit, arranged in your proposal.

Building fire alarm systems and system-connected detectors are not included.

Good to know

Good questions. Clear answers.

Is this the same as cleaning the building's ducts?add

No. This package covers the in-unit dryer lint area, the accessible flexible hose and the secondary lint trap. The building's ductwork, common systems and outside vents are a separate assessment. Furnace and AC duct cleaning and fire system inspections are not part of it.

Can the corporation or individual owners pay?add

Either can work, and we'll talk through both with you. Your proposal confirms the payment arrangement, unit pricing, minimum participation and any building-specific terms. Commercial pricing is set for your property rather than published as one rate.

Does a resident need to be home?add

Yes, a resident is home for the in-unit visit. Management and NestFlo agree on notices, visit windows and any catch-up arrangements in advance. Allow about 30 to 45 minutes per unit, depending on the setup and agreed scope.

What if something needs repair?add

Anything we notice is documented as a finding. Repairs or extra work are quoted separately to the right owner and only go ahead after approval.

How do resident scheduling and the property account work?add

Your service plan sets out a building-specific resident link or QR code, plus a separate property account for authorized management. The proposal confirms access, scheduling and reporting before any of it is put in place.

What should we send for a proposal?add

Your property name and location, building and unit counts, your contact details and any timing or access requirements. If you don't know the dryer arrangement yet, we can work that out together before setting the scope.

Let's plan your property

Start with a clear proposal.

Tell us a little about the property. We review the dryer setup, access and building arrangements first, with a walkthrough where needed, then confirm the scope and pricing in your proposal.
