Condo and stacked towns
City Centre and lakeside units often vent through concealed routing. We trace what is yours, clear it properly, and note anything the building should know about.
Dryer vent cleaning and a documented safety check for Mississauga houses, townhouses and condo units, from Port Credit and Streetsville to Meadowvale and Square One.
Photographed on real jobs, before and after. You get the same pair of pictures for your own vent, whatever we find.

Mississauga has a higher share of condos and townhouses than anywhere else we serve, and that shapes the work. Around Square One and the City Centre, and increasingly along the lake, a great many dryers vent through a duct that runs inside a wall or ceiling to a shared exterior point. Those units still need clearing, and the lint still accumulates, but the routing is rarely obvious from the laundry closet.
Elsewhere the housing is more conventional. Port Credit and Lakeview hold older detached homes, Streetsville keeps its village core, and Erin Mills, Meadowvale and Churchill Meadows are subdivision builds with the long second-storey duct runs that come with modern floor plans.
We work out what you actually have, clear the full length of it, and document what we found.

Port Credit and Lakeview properties tend to have retrofitted vents and ducting that predates the current owner by some margin.
Erin Mills, Meadowvale and Churchill Meadows plans put laundry upstairs, which means a long duct through the floor before it reaches open air.
Whatever your Mississauga home turns out to have, the visit follows one documented routine, and you get the record afterwards.

flat, in one visit
Your vent cleaning plus a full once-over of the machines around it, in a single visit, for less than having each piece done on its own.
Yes, from Port Credit and Lakeview through Cooksville, Erindale, Streetsville, Erin Mills, Meadowvale, Churchill Meadows, Malton and the City Centre.
Usually yes, and it is worth doing, because condo vents are among the most neglected. Some buildings require the work to be arranged through property management or a licensed contractor on their list, so check first and we will work with whatever your board requires.
Very. Stacked and back-to-back townhouses often route the duct through a wall cavity to a hood on a different face of the building. Part of the visit is confirming where yours actually terminates and that it is venting freely.

Recent Google reviews from across the western GTA. NestFlo sits at 5.0 stars.
I called NestFlo to clean my dryer vent as I was getting an error on the dryer about the filter needing cleaning. Brent arrived on time, was extremely professional and answered any questions/concerns that I had. He completed the work in the time he estimated. He provided a detailed report of the work done and left the whole area very clean. I would highly recommend NestFlo for a professional, courteous and efficient service. Will not hesitate to call them again to provide this service.
Highly recommend Nestflo. Brent came to our house to clean out our dryer vent and did an excellent job. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and left everything spotless when he was finished. Super happy with the service and we’ll definitely be having Brent back once a year to keep everything clean and - most importantly - safe.
Excellent service from start to finish, Brent even fixed a loose connection between the hose and outside vent free of charge. I would highly recommend Nestflo for anyone needing (once a year is recommended) dryer vent cleaning.
