Older lakeshore homes
Aldershot and Roseland properties often have retrofitted vents, foil ducting and roof exits. All three hide lint where a shop vacuum at the wall will never reach it.
Flat-rate dryer vent cleaning and a documented safety check for Burlington homes, from the Aldershot and Roseland lakeshore up to Alton Village and Orchard.
Photographed on real jobs, before and after. You get the same pair of pictures for your own vent, whatever we find.

Burlington splits neatly into two kinds of house, and each one fails in its own way. South of the QEW, through Aldershot, Roseland and the streets running down to the lake, most homes went up between the 1950s and the 1970s. Their dryer vents were often added later, retrofitted through a foundation wall or run up to a roof exit, and the ducting is frequently the old flexible foil kind that sags and traps lint at every low point.
North of Dundas, Alton Village, Orchard and Millcroft are largely 2000s-and-newer builds. The problem there is length. Laundry moved upstairs in those floor plans, so the duct often travels ten or fifteen metres through a joist space before it reaches an outside wall. A run that long collects lint quietly for years, and most homeowners never see the section that matters.
We clean the whole run in either case, from the back of the machine to the exterior hood, and send you photographs of both ends.

Alton and Orchard floor plans put laundry on the second storey, so ducts travel a long way before they vent. Length is the single biggest predictor of buildup.
Downtown and along Lakeshore, condo and townhouse vents often share awkward routing. We confirm what is yours and check it end to end.
Whatever your Burlington home turns out to have, the visit follows one documented routine, and you get the record afterwards.

Yes, the whole city: Aldershot, downtown and the lakeshore, Roseland, Tyandaga, Millcroft, Orchard, Alton Village and everything between. Burlington is our home base, so scheduling here is usually the quickest we offer.
Usually yes. Roof exits are common in older south Burlington homes and they need different equipment and more care, so they can carry a small surcharge. Tell us when you request your visit and we will confirm the cost before we start.
A newer build is not automatically a clean one. Second-storey laundry rooms mean long horizontal duct runs, and builder-grade flexible ducting collects lint faster than rigid pipe. Newer homes are often the ones people leave the longest.

Recent Google reviews from across the western GTA. NestFlo sits at 5.0 stars.
I called NestFlo to clean my dryer vent as I was getting an error on the dryer about the filter needing cleaning. Brent arrived on time, was extremely professional and answered any questions/concerns that I had. He completed the work in the time he estimated. He provided a detailed report of the work done and left the whole area very clean. I would highly recommend NestFlo for a professional, courteous and efficient service. Will not hesitate to call them again to provide this service.
Highly recommend Nestflo. Brent came to our house to clean out our dryer vent and did an excellent job. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and left everything spotless when he was finished. Super happy with the service and we’ll definitely be having Brent back once a year to keep everything clean and - most importantly - safe.
Excellent service from start to finish, Brent even fixed a loose connection between the hose and outside vent free of charge. I would highly recommend Nestflo for anyone needing (once a year is recommended) dryer vent cleaning.
