Washer deep clean
Clear residue, mould and odour from the drum, gasket and dispensers so laundry actually comes out clean.
Dryer vent cleaning is what we do best, and it's where most homeowners start. Everything else on this page is an easy add-on for while we're already at your machines.
Optional extras that make sense while we're already there. Mention them when you book and we'll fold them into one flat price.
Clear residue, mould and odour from the drum, gasket and dispensers so laundry actually comes out clean.
Level and secure both machines to stop the walk and vibration that loosens hoses and connections over time.
Check supply hoses and ducting for cracks, kinks and wear, the small failures behind most laundry-room water damage.
Fit the right filter on schedule so your furnace runs efficiently and the air in your home stays clean.
Test every alarm, replace batteries, and flag any unit past its date so the essentials are always working.
Clear dust from the fan and housing to restore airflow and keep moisture, mould and odour out of the room.
Pull and clean the filter and spray arms so dishes come out cleaner and the machine drains the way it should.
A room-by-room look at the fixtures and connections that most often drip, so you catch a leak before it spreads.
No hourly surprises. Add-ons are quoted up front and folded into one price.
The full duct clean and safety check, from the dryer to the outside wall. $179 for new customers, $20 off applied automatically.
Your vent cleaning plus a full once-over of the machines around it, in a single visit, for less than booking each piece on its own.
A standard dryer vent cleaning is a flat $199, or $179 for new customers, with the $20 taken off automatically. The price is agreed before we start, so there's no meter running and no surprise upsell on the day. Homes with very long ducts or roof exits may carry a small surcharge, which we always confirm when you book.
The usual signs are clothes that take more than one cycle to dry, a dryer or laundry room that feels hot, damp or musty-smelling loads, and lint collecting around the door or behind the machine. If any of those sound familiar, it's worth a clean.
For most households, once a year keeps a vent safe and efficient. If you do laundry most days, have a large family, or have a long vent run, every six to eight months is better, which is exactly what the NestFlo Plan takes care of for you.
Safety, speed and cost. Lint is highly flammable and a blocked vent is one of the most common causes of dryer fires. A clear vent also dries clothes in one cycle instead of two, and lets the dryer run efficiently, so you use less energy and the machine lasts longer.
We clean the full duct run from the dryer to the exterior wall, not just the opening. That means pulling the dryer out, clearing lint and blockages along the whole line, checking the exterior vent and flap, confirming airflow, and tidying up afterwards. You get before-and-after photos when we're done.
Often, yes. Roof exits and long or awkward runs need extra equipment and care, so they can carry a small surcharge. Tell us about your setup when you book and we'll confirm whether we can do it and exactly what it will cost, before any work starts.
